Hello all! I have a user on my office network using a Mac Mini running the latest version of Mavericks, lets call them user V. User V has Outlook 2011 installed and has several delegates configured on the account. User V is unable to send as/on behalf of these delegates. Other people in her department can send as the same exact delegates with out issue. The error message that user V receives is:

Error
HTTP error. The server cannot fufill the request.

Details
Mail could not be sent. The message has been moved to your Drafts folder.

Account name: "Delegates name"

Error code: -18500

I have tried rebuilding the account on user V's computer, reinstalling all of MS office and have worked with MS support over several phone calls over the last few weeks to no avail. I have configured user V's account on a different Mac Mini and did not encounter the issue there.

If anyone has any suggestions on where to go next it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

We have an issue where delegates are still receiving invites for mailboxes they are no longer delegates for. Having checked in Powershell for 365, the delegates are not showing as having calendar permissions. Locally on the Mac 2011 client the delegates are also not showing. Added to this, the removed delegate who shouldn't be receiving emails receives an invite but is unable to accept / decline.

I have a call logged with Microsoft but am interested to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue.

Thanks.
Hi all, Its urgent please help.....I am using Outlook 2011 on Mac and getting issues with it...There are 6 delegates who are receiving invites for the meeting they are inviting to, not the ones where they are not invited.  Please note that the request is regarding the "Recent rooms" section in "scheduling assistant" of the "meeting" People are set as "rooms" for some reason when they should be set as attendees/contacts.   I can't find a way of editing the "rooms" section and settign theses contacts as contact: Please advise
I delegate someone on my outlook account. Now, although I removed this person from my delegates, every time someone send an event I do not receive it, instead the old delegate receives it. We checked and in the delegate window it says that there are no delegates!!! Any help??? I am on Mac, Outlook 2011.
