Why does my hotmail show all prior replies?

Each time I send an email, when I receive the reply, all prior copies of emails are attached. How do I stop this?

My contact list disappeared from "Contacts" folder, but, appears when I hit the "To" button. How do I get my contact list back in the "Contacts" folder?

When I send an email and copy several people, each time I receive a reply from any one of the respondents, it shows all copies of prior email correspondence with each party. How do I eliminate this reply trail?

Betreft betaling d.m.v. mijn Master Card

Ik heb half oktober al aangegeven dat mijn Master Card nummer is gewijzigd, ook op 26 oktober heb ik gebeld en op 6 november per E-mail dit kenbaar gemaakt, zie uw ondersteuningsticket: 1187414028, maar ik blijf herinneringen krijgen en het bedrag wordt niet afgeschreven ik weet nu niet hoe ik verder moet handelen.

Dear Team,

Myself Marri Ravindra Reddy had been operating on my Email ID **Email address removed for privacy**, for several years The password remained the same all these years. Yesterday evening I find that my Email ID and password has been hacked and some messages are going to my contacts from my account.

I tried to log in with my ID and Password and got the message that this Microsoft Account Does not Exists.

I have been Senior Leader in Rotary International and was District Governor for the area of Andhra Pradesh in India 25 years back. My Email ID is recorded with different people in different Countries.

Since I have lot of private data , messages, contacts detais etc, you will agree that I must be restored with my account and I could operate with new pass word. Please treat this very urgent and take action under intimation to me on my mobile phones **Number removed for privacy** and **Number removed for privacy**.

Further When I send messages to my Old Email ID I came to know that Emails are Sent.

Please help!!

I was trying to add an alias to my hotmail account but now the "Alias" has taken over. I tried to go back to my old ID but none of the instructions provided by the microsoft team works. In order to sign into my hotmail account I now have to use the new alias with my old password. The old ID doesn't work, although when I send an email I have the option to choose between the new and old ID. is there anyway I can just undo everything and sign on to my hotmail account using my old ID and password? Here is the message I got from microsoft but nothing works:

Your Microsoft account has been renamed. We just wanted to check with you that it's okay.
- Old account name: j************** Email address is removed for privacy ***
- New account name: n********* Email address is removed for privacy ***

If this is correct, you don't need to do anything.

If this is incorrect, please follow these steps:
1. Reset your password by going to https://account.live.com/password/reset
2. Rename your account by going to https://account.live.com/

How do I change the size of the type to 12 when I receive and send e-mails?

I cannot get my msn mail to load. Even with windows 7 it would just say loading then do nothing. in win8, i see an envelope and the little circle of dots but it won’t load

For a short time now, my msn mail would not load. It would say loading, then do nothing. I had to open messenger, then go to my inbox. Now with windows 8, i see an envelope and the little circle of dots just spinning and it still won't load. Help!
