I'm getting junk email in my other email account. Here is the body of the message. It claims to be from "removed PII"

I cant print from body of email. I have to copy and paste to word,
Advertisements are appearing on the right of my screen when I am in the inbox section of hotmail. I would like to remove them. They were not there a couple of weeks ago. Is there a way to do this. Many of these ads are selling **** which is rather distracting
given I do large group presentations and sometimes leave my hotmail on. It also reduces my screen size.
If I log off Internet Explorer and re-open it later in order to check my email, the system requires me to log in with my email address and password DESPITE checking off to keep me logged in. My email account has been around for a long, long time and until recentlly there was not a problem retaining my information to check email. It's not that it's difficult but it's getting really, really old very, very quickly.
What's the scoop?

I posted this question on October 24 and got a reply which I have tried. No success though. I was also asked to respond back and when I tried, I was told that the email address was not reachable.....so how do I get help or respond to your questions if

I cant open my inbox in my hotmail, nor other messages. I have a Mac. When I tried reading them in other computer, I can open and read them. I already tried reseting Safari. This problem has been for several days. Please help me.

When I go to email recovery and delete the old emails, they disappear. However, if I go to recover them again after they are deleted, they show up again. I have thousands in the deleted email windows! I want them all to go away for real!
I have mistakenly deleted messages I was told to go to recover deleted items in deleted box but I cant find it . its not on bottom left of page. help need to get messages back
