How do I add a company email to the Safe Sendere List?

I have had my hotmail account for many years and have never had a problem.  But I do now.  I have important emails that are automatically being deleted.  I do not want them to be.  If I want them deleted I can do it myself.  How can I stop this from happening again?

Every day I mark the same old addresses as Phishing Scam so why can they not be blocked for good?

Why can’t I receive emails? People who send me emails with pictures attached,receive a postmaster delivery failure notice!

I have a business and when people send me emails with pictures attached, they get a postmaster delivery failure notice.  I am not receiving their emails!

please,help me to return to my Hotmail account.It’s not fair to send my account to Outlook without my permission and no outcome.

How do I get to my contacts list when I am ready to send mail, it only brings up most frequsent contacts. I want to send several BCC

I do not seem to be able to get to my contacts list when ready to send an email.  When I type in the BCC it will bring up "frequent contacts".  I want them all.  If I go to people then my message goes away.  Help.  New to this Outlook......sure liked the simplicity of Hotmail better.....way more user friendly.   *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
