I have been using live mail for some years now without problems, but the last few months I am experience a very annoying thing with the safe/unsafe senders lists. Mail from trusted senders (for example *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) which have been on the safe senders list for a long time, are now repeatedly seen as a possible threat. And every time I tell live mail the sender can be trusted and this sender's address appears in the safe senders list as it should, it dissappeares after restarting Live mail. Even when I manually add the address to the safe senders list via safety-options this annoying thing happens. It does not happen to all my safe senders though, maybe with 7 out of 10... Live mail just doen not seem to save some senders any more...

I can't find anything usefull about this on-line. Anyone's got a clue?

Dear Micrsoft,

I have been trying for the last few days everything possible to receive the password reset email from Instagram. I have followed several topics on the Microsoft Community, but all the solutions offered did not work. I have added all Instagram email addresses and domains to the safe senders list, as well as tried forwarding my mails to another mail account, all of which showed no results! I would highly appreciate if you could assist me, along with thousands of other users who are facing the same problem!

I am unable to see most pictures in e-mails sent to me, unless I forward them, even if the sender is in the safe senders list. I have outlook.com in windows 8. I have read the forums but have been unable to find the option settings that are in the responses to follow it through to resolve the issue.

I have followed the steps in the related posts.

Hi i normally  get emails from seek.com and i accidentally put this email in my junk file. i removed it from the junk file back to my inbox and since haven't had any more emails. i went back and marked it as not junk and have added the email to my safe senders list and mailing list. but still not receiving my daily emails. I contacted seek and they assured me that my account was still active and to make sure that my isp wasn't blocking the emails

Could you advise me where is my 'safe senders' list is and how to find it, please?  (I have never seen any button, icon or sign for that and am unaware of its contents or how to add and delete senders so as to block some senders.)

A newsletter I need to subscribe to is not showing up in my Inbox nor my Junk Mail. I checked the blocked list, added the sender to the safe senders list, checked the management rules to make sure it wasn't deleted.  The sender says they've had this problem with Outlook users before and suggested I contact support. They recommended I ask that a particular IP address be unblocked. I've seen a few other posts in here regarding this same issue with no apparent resolution. I would really appreciate getting a definite answer.
