My problem is the safe senders list is not accepting my safe domains and they are constantly going into the junk folder?  I run exchange through a hosted exchange server.  I have it set up on my desk top at the office, laptop, and home computer.  I do this as i travel constantly and like the access from anywhere without missing anything. Not sure if this could be the issue but its not working.  How do i get the server to accept my safe senders list?
For some time now, I never receive emails from Amazon when I purchase items, I used to all the time. Also I do not get emails from my son and my car club and they are in my safe senders list. Also this past weekend Best Buy was to email a receipt to me and Home Depot was to mail a contract to me. In both cases I did not receive them after numerous attempts and had to use an alternate email address to get them. This is very annoying and I am at wits end. I have no blocked users, no rules, no forwarding. PLease help
Hi,

I have followed all recommended steps regarding safe senders, junk mail settings and blocked senders lists and still cannot receive emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I have added to my safe senders list. Please can you get in touch and let me know what can be done to address this issue.

Many thanks,

Rob Thom

When I go the route below, I am none the wiser. I don't believe I have ever seen this "trusted sender icon", and I think it would be great if it works as advertised. Even emails from Microsoft Answers do not show as "trusted sender", even though I have this in my safe senders list. Or are safe senders not the same as trusted senders?

Windows 7 Home Edition & Internet Explorer 9.

4. Look for the trusted sender icon
The trusted sender icon lets you know that a message is from a legitimate sender that Outlook.com has verified, like your bank or the Outlook team. If you see the trusted sender icon, that email is safe to open.
Hi,

SOME emails to my custom domain address are not arriving.

Today specifically an email was sent and never arrived. It was cc'd to my home address and that arrived fine.

I have checked the safe senders list and the domain name is on it. It is also not on my blocked list. I have done a search of all folders to look for the message too, but it isn't there.

Can anyone in support check for me and trace why some emails are not arriving?
I've got a small problem, due to the placement of the Not Junk and Phishing Scam buttons, I have accidentally added a Spam account email address to my contacts list. Currently my inbox is set to Exclusive, I have checked my Safe Senders list and Mailing Lists, this address does not appear in there, I have checked my People (contacts list) and it's not there either, but for some reason I can't stop the emails. I've got two email rules set to delete this **** but it doesn't work either. To give you an idea this is how the emails are normally constructed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on behalf of _VanquisCreditCard-UK_ (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) Now 90% of these mails all use the same fictitious sent on behalf of email address Does anyone know how to remove these so they no longer come into my Inbox. Why on earth did MS stick the Phishing Button on the same button as Not Junk mail, the only reason this has happened is because the Not Junk Mail button has set up hidden rules and allowances that I can't find or undo.
As of yesterday junk emails have suddenly started appearing in my inbox despite the filter set to exclusive. Having looked at the emails they all claim to have been sent on behalf of someone else and all state they are in my contact list. Having checked my contact list thoroughly, my safe senders list, safe mailing list etc. none of them are on that list. Given that my inbox emails appear on my phone this is exceptionally annoying. Given that I currently have a live subscription to what was Hotmail plus I am rather annoyed that this has suddenly started happening. Going by other posts people have made this is something that has recently started happening to other people as well, most of them yesterday indicating that something is wrong your end. Please get this sorted and do not advise, as you have others, to create rules or block phrases as they are all random junk.
Just today I started getting spam messages into my Hotmail inbox but my email filter is set to exclusive.  Hotmail tells me that the addresses are on my safe senders list but I have checked and they are not.  They are absolutely spam and I do not understand how they are getting through.  I see some other users are having the same problems.  I updated all of my security information which has not corrected the problem.  Seems like a bug that spammers are getting through.  Is there any resolution coming?  When is it coming?  Thanks.
I accidently blocked a company I shop with and have an account with  I receive  newsletters etc into my inbox , I have since added it to my safe senders list but am still not receiving any mail from them which is a pain as I have been trying to send a reset link for the account I hold with them to my outlook inbox , the bit that is really puzzling to me is that I cannot see them on my blocked list , also I dont want to unblock all the senders in my blocked list as my inbox will be flooded with spam ,

Please help
