Please help me I have tried the following methods however my account is still not getting deleted:
- I have resetted my password
- I can't change the security options on my hacked email because the hacker done some hacked settings for it and put their hacked contact details
- I can't close the account on the close account option because the hacker has set up for it to show up as temporary server problem.
- I have rang Microsoft and they said no server problem
- I have tried to send a code to different email and it doesn't work as hacker set up for it not too work.
Please I am lost, I just need help to close this account for ever.
This hacker has made me so stressed.
Please can someone reply on how to help me close my hacked email - ASAP.

What do these hackers get out of going into someones personal account - it says server temporary available again I just keep crying HELP ME PLEASE ASAP? I cant close that either. A couple of days ago my Hotmail account has been stolen. The hacker used my alternate email (Yahoo) which he/she also hacked to verify ownership. I tried all three options for retrieving my account. The hacker changed the alternate email obviously so I
can't use that. I also cannot use the security questions as they too have been changed. I tried filling in the form twice and got an automated email saying "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information
you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership." I filled in recent subjects and emails of recently sent emails and even my account info but with no use. I was able to retrieve my Yahoo account and found an email from Microsoft account
team providing the security code 4770230. Also, from the logs on Yahoo I found out that the hacker was accessing my account from Kuwait. My Hotmail account is my Microsoft account. I called the call center in UAE but was
informed that I should use this site. For some ridiculous reason I needed to log in to post a question which I cannot do since my account was hacked!! I was forced to create a new account just for the purpose of posting this question. My Skype is also connected
with my Microsoft account now after the merging and my laptop is Windows 8 which also uses my Microsoft account. I have searched through the other questions but all of the answers ask that I do what all I already have done (alternate email, security questions,
and form). Therefore I request a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

I cannot remember the other email details for outlook to send me the code and I don't remember the full details that I gave hotmail years ago to verify my account. I can remember some recent email contacts or subject matters but I don't have a mobile to
receive sms. What can I do I need access to my emails?
I have had this account for just under 10 years, I would like to know my aniversary!

I have tried everything, including on-line chats via outlook.com on facebook, but I get this every time I try to close the account:
"Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."
I cant leave the account inactive as you've advised, as something is stuck on it which auto-forwards every email & which cannot be stopped, so it has to be closed down. As you have advised, I have cleared the cache, sorted silverlight, checked browser type... I just want to close the account!

I have a hotmail account since last decade, and I migrated it to Outlook.com recently.
The issue with my account has happened recently: When I link my account to any desktop email client (MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.) It only shows email from 2006, as the attachment shows.
just to be clear, the email works fine on mobile clients such as Andorid's or iOS's native ones or in my Nokia Lumia, as well as on the desktop windows 8 native client.

I look after several @outlook domains for different clients, each domain having several users.
As my clients businesses have grown they have found they are reaching their daily limit of sending emails to their customers and are looking to purchase a premium service to lift the limit.
Is it possible for myself to purchase either one bulk Ad-free Outlook for all of my clients; or can each individual @outlook domain purchase Ad-free Outlook?
