How can I do it?
While chatting with a contact in IM, i want to add a youtube video into my conversation.
Every time I start up my computer the Messenger window pops up, how do I stop this please?
Would be happy to remove it altogether as I don't use Messenger anymore.
Issues with signing in; each time I click on the shortcut in Microsoft Messenger that takes me to my inbox, I have to manually sign in, despite the fact that the "Keep Me Signed In" box is checked. After I manually sign in, if I close the window and attempt
to access my inbox via the shortcut again, I have to sign in again. It happens each time, and is very annoying when I need to check my e-mail multiple times a day. The message on the sign-in page says either my e-mail address or password is incorrect, and
to try again, when I know for a fact that both my e-mail and my password are correct. I found someone with a similar issue, and it was suggested to set the browser not to delete history upon exit, but my browser is not set this way, thus this is not the problem.
Help would be HUGELY appreciated, as I've been putting up with this for months with no idea what to do.
I have been using W7 for 8months or so without problem. My log in has for many years been @hotmail.co.uk.Last 2 weeks I have not been able to access Instant Messaging site as I am constantly told that I need to connect to internet when I am already
connected through Google Chrome.I note also that my IM and windows access log on has changed to hotmail.com. I have overcome the problem on access to windows live log in but not IM service Help please .
On the old version of Microft Messenger you would click "Action" and then select "send IM" and put as many contacts in one message at a time....for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do that in the Windows 7 version without make a group.
Help please. This is a much needed function of my job. Thanks!

Logged into messenger today and all but 1 contact has vanished. Nothing new or different on my end to the usual day. No settings changed from me.
does anyone know if i can retreive my contacts?
