how do I view conservation history if I am logged into a different computer?

Error 0x80040609 when installing Windows Live Essentials 2011

When installing Windows Live Essentials 2011 I get, "Installation error 0x80040609". These are some issues that I have encountered:

  • Every time I attempt to download Messenger, I receive Error:0x80040609
  • I cannot update to the latest version because of the error message.
  • I’m unable to install Windows Live Mail, I get Error 0x80040609
  • I’m unable to install Windows Live Essentials because of the Error 0x80040609

windows live messanger after the update is not working at all in my laptot its writes that not responding what i can do?

after updating its opens a white box but its says not responding if you lke i can sent you a photo and i have only install messanger and nothing else

I used to have a straightforward Messenger but now it has all sorts of unwanted stuff. How do I get the old one back?

I have not been able to sign in to Windows Live Messenger for over a week.  It keeps giving me error code:   81000605

I don't know how to fix it.  Can anyone help???

WLM 2011 Build 15 now displays jpeg attachments as part of the header instead of within the text. Any option to go back to the old way, especially since the header no longer scrolls with the text?

Old version: jpeg attachments were displayed in the text.

 

Build 15 version: jpeg attachments are part of the header. Since the header is not scrolling along with the text (another problem in my mind), there is less text displayed as the pictures in the non-scrolling header take up much of the real estate.

 

Anyway to

a) get the attachments back in the body and not in the header?

b) get the header scrolling like it used to when the etxt was scrolled?

Hi

 I have a proplem I was using an old version of WLmessenger

and thy asked me to update it and i did but when I sign in now I can't chat

and if write any thing it keeps writing some useless numbers and letters and I unstaill it and reinstall it

but it's just the same problem !! :(

any body can give me a good version that would work with me :(

it's a windows 7 version

On June 21st I was going to make a video chat with a friend.  I was required to update the previous version (the previous version worked fine).  After the update, I was able to place my video chat with Messenger, but there was something I can only describe as "mosquito screening" as an overlay on the monitor.  I had to look at the other person through this layer.  It did not effect the video or audio on any other way.

How can this problem be resolved?
