I have 800 bulk email messages on Windows 8, Windows Live Mail. Is there any way to select all to delete all. Thanks
I had been using windows live mail for a long time when (probably due to an automatic update) the print arrow disappeared and when I click on the "print" selection nothing happens. I really liked printing the emails I received by clicking the print option.
Can you help?
When I send an email and then use spell check I am limited to 100 characters. It also appears the maximum length of my email is also limited in length and if I check to see what happens when I go over the limit the message shows a bunch of gibberish?
Why the limit or what am I doing wrong?
I have WIn. XP and Windows Live Mail, I want to have a seprate address book for each mailbox, can you help me, Thanks, Neil
Windows Live Mail 2011 hangs when I start my Windows 7 PC. If I don't access mail for a half hour or so, I get a message "Windows Communications Platform has stopped working." It crashes and restarts itself. Afterwards if I restart the Live Mail 2011
client it works. I also can get it working if I kill the process wlcomm.exe. Looks like a bug in wlcomm.exe is the culprit. What is rereally bizarre is that the same thing occurs on my Windows 8 laptop running Windows Live Mail 2012 .
I have been having a problem with Windows Live Mail 2011. It will freeze in the middle of receiving new emails and requires that I restart the computer; then it may work for a while. I am running Windows 7 Home Edition, and suspect the Live Mail program
has been corrupted. Is there a way to uninstall Live Mail and reinstall it via a download?
The instructions say to click the "start" button and search "mail"
Win 8 has no start button.
When trying to access a link in a windows live mail message. I get a box containing the following message "C:\ProgramFile\WindowsLive\Installer\WLSRes.dll is either not designed to run in Windows or it contains an error. etc" I have not made any changes
to the computer or installed new software since the last occasion it worked properly. I am not sure if it is relevant but the electricity supply failed yesterday evening while the computer was on but not running any program. Help would be appreciated.
I do not want Windows Live Mail to automatically download email messages, I only want to do this manually when I click the send/receive button.
I have disabled these options under Options > Mail > General Tab - all 3 options under Send / Receive Messages are unchecked.
However, the program still seems to download email messages from all my accounts every 8 hours.
Any ideas why the program is still downloading emails even though these options are unchecked?
