We are a mail provider and were wondering if anyone knows if there is a way of requesting that the rate limits can be upped to allow our users to send to Hotmail.
The error that some of our users are getting is:
"We have limits for how many messages can be sent per hour and per day."

I have two outlook.com email accounts, call them *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, one for personal e-mail the other for business e-mail. I set up *** Email address is removed for privacy *** in Outlook 2010 first and populated the Calendar, that was created, with appointments. Later I set up the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account and found that the calendar that was created had all the appointments copied from the X account. This lead to duplicate Outlook reminders. I tried to delete the appointments from the Y calendar, but then found that the X calendar appointments disappeared.
How can I have the two outlook.com accounts in Outlook with separate and independent calendars?
Assistance will be gratefully received.
Hotmail will not save my log in details so every time I leave page I have to re-log in again,can you advise please.

Hi,
My outlook.com is painfully slow. I also have a windows live mail account which is fast but when I try to synch/forward emails to this it keeps saying password is invalid even though I have reset it. Is windows live mail no longer active? I live in hope as outlook.com and windows live mail tech support passed me from pillar to post and ev entually referred me here! thanks in advance
After changed my primary alias on my Outlook.com account i'm not able to receive mail from all additional accounts.
All additional accounts are configured with both Send and Receive setting and with SMTP protocol.
How can i solve without remove and reconfigure the accounts again?
Going into the single account setting, i can change only the smtp output server, all incoming smtp settings are disappeared.

i'm trying to configure my email using a custom domain.
i've taken all the steps copying the information provided by domains.live.com and configuring dns information in godaddy.com
but i get pending DNS error in domains. live.com
i've already updated the information two times, the last time i erased all previous configurations and start a new one, still didn't work...
it's now more than 48 since i've made the changes..
what can i do?
