Changed Outlook.com primary alias – no more emails received from addictional SMTP account

After changed my primary alias on my Outlook.com account i'm not able to receive mail from all additional accounts.


All additional accounts are configured with both Send and Receive setting and with SMTP protocol.


How can i solve without remove and reconfigure the accounts again?


Going into the single account setting, i can change only the smtp output server, all incoming smtp settings are disappeared.

Request additional accounts for Live Domain

Hi,

We have two hosted domains in Windows Live Domains, lounge.cl and loungestore.cl. While loungestore.cl has a 500 account limit, lounge.cl is more recent and has only 50.
If it's possible I'd ask if you could please upgrade the number of accounts to 500. We currently use Google Apps. for lounge.cl and are quite fed up with their service. The idea is to consolidate lounge.cl and loungestore.cl under a single domain in Windows Live Domains and lounge.cl is shorter and cleaner.

The user in this thread had his account upgraded to 3500 accounts, so I hope that 500 won't be too much trouble.

Additionally, the Live Domains Admin Control Panel has the following, quite inviting message near the bottom of the page:
  • Need more accounts? You can have more accounts for free. Contact support to make this request. 
I know that Office 365 doesn't have user limits, but unfortunately it's way, way too expensive for us. I would greatly appreciate it if you could upgrade the domain.

PS: I'm aware that the lounge.cl domain still has the old MX records that point to Google, however I did verify the domain ownership by adding the TXT record to our DNS server. I haven't changed the MX records because I need to create more users before I can replace Google's servers. I hope that this will be enough to prove that we own the domain.

password reset option and additional accounts required

I have added peoplesit-bd.com under Windows Live Admin Center

We need your support regarding three issues.

1. The password reset option for our domain need to be enabled urgently.

2. We need more accounts to cover all users of our distribution community (about 200 users).

3. How to create group mail account for our domain? So that we can email all in a list at once.
