I can't open my Emails.
Tried yesterday to assign a new alias under my account. After the creation, all email in my inbox folder were gone. I deleted the alias today, looked for the emails in the deleted folder and all other folders but they're nowhere to be found.

I think new emails are coming through with no problem. How can I retrieve the old ones??

Thank you very much for any help.

Hi guys,
Once again my hotmail/outlook account has been hacked and is being used to send spam.
How do I stop this from happening.
All my computers I use are 100% virus free.
I have tried changing my password and security questions but this also has not helped.
Also please send me the ip addresses of who has accessed my account in the last three months as I plan on forwarding this information to the police.
Thanks,
Thomas Cawley
about a week ago, i was signing into instagram when a message came up saying " To secure your account, we have reset your password. Please tap forgot password below and follow instructions to access your accoundt". so i did, but the problem is i am not recieving the email. i have tried every other email i have and i have changed the settings on my hotmail account enabling filter emails and junk mails to be recieved. i am still not recieving any emails!! this problem started right after i had changed my username.

Is there any other way to reset my email or a way to get the reset email???

I am trying to close my Hotmail account.  When I go to Account settings, close account, type in my password, it says "You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity".  When I click the deactivate link, it then tells me "To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com."  There is no option on this page to cancel billing and when I click the Help link it keeps taking me to Xbox help.  Please assist me with closing my hotmail account, thanks

I would like to see if someone has the steps to follow in order to switch my email account from @hotmail.com to @outlook.com.

I have had the hotmail account for many many years... i would like to see if it is possible to switch it to @outlook.com. I have created an alias to use outlook, but i still need to use the @hotmail.com in order to access my email.

is there a way to do this?
Please, let me know.

I appreciate for any help
Thank you

NOTE: i have to chose a TOPIC, but i could not find the appropriate one, so i chose one close to my issue...
hay all!

Im not revceiving emails anymore. I think my email address was sending message to contacts. A friend said ive got a spam problem and now i cant receive emails or send then either. im recieving the odd one here and there . How can I resolve this problem!
please help!
When i started my new computer and loaded windows it insisted i put an email address in. I tried all my email addresses and none would work maybe cause it was an outlook site so i wrote my wifes email....*** Email address is removed for privacy ***. (i know this is not outlook).  It let me through to use my computer but suggested at some point i need to verify the email address. When i go to the verification email and click, it takes me to the outlook sign in page. It wont allow me to sign in with this email address. I am now stuck as it wont let me change it either. In the meantime i have signed up for an outlook email acccount. This obviously still doesn't help me verify my computer. Any ideas?
