When using the mail search function, I keep getting this: "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."  What do I do?         
I have been sending my resumes and cover letters to several companies for quite sometime now.  Since Hotmail was changed to Outlook, I am not able to send any files.  It tells me that it is still setting up and please wait.  This wait time is over 24 hours long.  Something is definately wrong here.  Can someone help me please.
I have uploaded a video to my skydive account and put it in my "PUBLIC" file. How do I know what the URL address of my SkyDrive account is? I want to include it in an application.
When I try to setup email with my domain (www.lambdachiunion.org) it gives the following message: 
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. 

Can anyone help me please? I don't know what to do. It's obviously not inappropriate or protected.


@Outlook team, how about Ctrl+A shortcut for "To", "Cc" and "Bcc" fields to "Select All" contacts in Outlook web and metro app. Subsequently pressing backspace should remove all fields. Here is the demo:

What can I do when I try to save an e-mail and it refuses to move so that I cannot download the next one and be able to read it?

Someone Got into my Email account and deleted some very specific e mails. My deleted folder is empty. Is there anyone here who knows how to retrieve those e mails. I had read somewhere that it was possible if it had been done within 5 days. Please help

I sent an email through my Hotmail account to an individual with an nycapp.rr.com email account.  The person never received my email; however, the person sent me an email and I received it.  I replied to the individual and again it was not received.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I desperately need help with two of my hotmail email accounts, I have tried calling for support but am aware you do not offer help to "free customer accounts". I am locked out of both the following email accounts *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** this is due to getting a new phone and trying to set my email accounts up at which point I have forgotten both passwords to these accounts. I have submitted a form in order to try and regain access but have not entered enough information and now it says to open a new account and close ie. forget this account - Well this simply is not good enough I need access to both of these email accounts I have a lot of general information sent to these accounts along with recent booking confirmation etc. I am happy to answer all security questions and even know passwords I have used for this account previously - It is easy to forgot as I only viewed these accounts through my phone so it doesn't require a password to be entered each time. I know what email will have been sent to theses addresses but i don't often send out from these addresses as my work email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is set as my default. Please help me this simply isn't good enough to just close and forget about these accounts there must be a better way to handle this. I order a lot of Microsoft products at work and would hate to shop else where.
