Can someone help me read my emails. I can view them on my tablet but on my PC they appear to be marked as flagged. I can see my inbox but when I try to view, they won't open. Please help

After the Windows 8.1 PRO update SkyDrive stopped working and now I'm getting error every once in a while and SkyDrive won't work properly. I've already searched a lot on how to solve this but I didn't find any answer for this error.
The sync app crashes very often and creates a new skydrive folder (????) renaming the old one as SkyDrive.old. Really? What kind of programming is that?
How do I remove this SkyDrive from Windows 8? It simply won't let me remove, I don't want to use a program that I can't even trust a little bit, better stay with Google Drive. There is no SkyDrive service that can be stopped, please help me solve this
issue.
Two queries about the new version :
1 How do I know the status of uploads to Skydrive? - In the previous version you could see the status via the notification icon. I can't see how to do this in 8.1. I can see the download status via the Skydrive W8.1 app, but not uploads.
2 As a test I saved a word file to a local folder synced to Skydrive. I then checked Skydrive and the file was in the cloud almost instantly. I then created some empty folders and they didn't appear in Skydrive. Are they queued behind something else?
Which takes me back to my first query.
I have also tried to set one of the empty folder in the local skydrive folder to on line only but get an error message stating the file is still uploading so something is obviously happening.
Finally, I can manually upload files from the cloud skydrive using the upload function.

and I already had email addresses assignd to this dimain so i imported the email addresses and I cant figure out what the new password is there was no option to set one and there was no option to change it.

I can not upload ANY files to skydrive it will not sync and has not for a few days now. I am getting a sign in request but the app wont sign in. This is unbelievable!
Ive been on outlook for a month or so, after my legacy BT email was withdrawn.
All is good except my outbox has messages which appear to be sent several times, 6 or 7 times per hour.
I dont think they are actually being sent, as I asked the recepient and they said they hadnt received, but it appears as if they are being sent.

With the purchase of a windows 8.1 home laptop I wanted to change the primary alias on my microsoft account from a hotmail.com (my work email) to a gmail account (my home email.) As microsoft accounts are now tied to the login screen.
Now it won't allow me to add my hotmail.com as a secondary alias and I can't find a way to access my account. The error message I receive reads -
'You can't add an alias with the domain hotmail.com. Try an email address that has a different domain.'
Losing access to my work email is a huge deal for me and I don't know how this could have happened just be removing an 'alias'. What is going on?
My phone's outlook app won't recognise my gmail or hotmail account so access is completely denied there.
Going to outlook on the browser now only logs in with my gmail.

I have been sent a word document, when I try to open it I get an error message saying cannot be opened due to missing or corrupt file, whats wrong?
For the past few weeks I can access my account and open one e-mail and then the page will seem to freeze and I can't do anything else unless I close out outlook and start over. Anybody else having problems? Help?
My Outlook.com account was blocked when I tried to send an e-mail last night (Oct. 27) , A message said Outlook had encountered unusual activity with my account. I was given a choice to Verify my login. I clicked Verify and a message said I would receive
a code via my home phone number (an internet phone). The phone never rang. I tried a second time and the phone never rang again.
I just spent the last week changing my account mail addresses over to Outlook.com. Thus, the problem is a serious one for me. I hope I don't have to go through this process with some other e-mail account in the near future.
