i have two skydrive accounts. one is linked to my Asus tablet. i then bought office 365 and had to set up another account with my university email address. the tablet is linked to the original account. i need it to not link at all so i can switch between accounts. i can not right click on anything as i do not have a mouse as i have a tablet. can you help?

Merging Emails

I am currently using Microsoft Outlook 2007 which is giving me problems reading my incoming emails.  Should I move that email account to this Outlook site?  

Draft Disappeared

I have had a draft running in Hotmail for weeks and been adding and saving it regularly, it disappeared from my draft folder tonight and has not reappeared in any other folder. How do I get the information back as it is urgent that it is restored. 

IP Blocked because of suspected E-mail address harvesting

our ip 87.253.157.133 has been blocked by your servers for 2 weeks now.  The server is used for an in company application who emails our casual staff. A lot of these staff use hotmail or live email addresses.

We have investigated and corrected all issues and signed up for all Bulk Email programms requested, but it doesn't seem to bring us any further. We also indentified and sorted the cause.

A small percentage of our address where invalid cuasing a reply to our noreply@<<ourdomain.com>>. This was set to automatically reply to all inbound email with a 'no reader' notification. This caused a loop to your servers because *** Email address is removed for privacy *** replied with a simulare message. Result was a large difference between RCPT commands and Reciepients. We have disabled to noreply notification.

We requested a review of our servers by you almost 4 working days ago, but the ip status on SNDS is still blocked.

My boss is chasing me to get this sorted, but I don't know who to contact or what to do else than already done. Could you please help us to solve this problem?

How do I cancel the instruction to ‘remember my password’ for my Hotmail account on my mobile phone?

I mistakenly chose the option for my mobile phone to remember my log-in and password for my Hotmail account so I didn't have to type in the details each time I wanted to access it.  I want to cancel the instruction and go back to entering my log-in details and password each time I want to use my Hotmail account as I feel it's more secure that way.  There don't seem to be any options for doing this anywhere on the site - any suggestions as to how I can do this?

How to change modified date of folders?

Is there a way to change the "modified date" of folders in skydrive?

I'd like to change the modified date to be the same as the latest date found in any exif metadata of the pictures in this folder (which could be done by a script or a small tool). This way, my picture folders could be ordered chronologically.

Any ideas?

Re-Installing an App

My MAIL tile stopped working and  updating my messages so I Uninstalled that App and now I want to re-install to see if it will work properly again.  Problem is I don't see'' Mail ''in the Apps list to be able to re-pin to START menu....

It was convenient having the MAIL tile on start as it saves me opening up Desktop>Outlook>sign in to Inbox...

How can I put these Apps back on Start?

New Mac now old emails being deleted

Hello, 

I purchased a new Macbook Air about a month ago and since setting up my outlook on the Mac I've noticed my old emails seem to be getting deleted - these include in the normal inbox, as well as in folders (that you can't access through the Mac mail app) 

Are my emails permanently deleted or can I get them back?
