Unable to send or receive messages for the Wood Office account. The connection to the server has failed.

...IE DOES WORK.  Mail worked earlier today.  Have rebooted.  What now?  (I AM receiving on IPad and IPhone.)

I dislike the emoticons , much prefer the older version of LIve Mail that I used before my computer crashed. Is there a way to remove emoticons so they are not the default?

when i try to open an email this comes up "error trying to open email……try again" how can i solve this annoying problem Carole B.

because i had to puchase a new tower i now have windows live mail.  when i try to open an email it takes a few tries a msg. comes up that says "an error came up when trying to open windows live mail......try again."  eventually i can open it but it's very annoying .... Carole B

My Gmail is forwarded (IMAP) to Windows Live Mail. But THREE copies of each email are listed each time. How do I correct this?

When I click on messenger email notifications it opens Windows Live mail, how do I change it to open email in hotmail (online)?

I used to click on 'email inbox new messages' icon in messenger and it would open a tab for hotmail, now it opens Windows Live Mail (which I hate) and I don't recall ever changing the settings.  I've looked everywhere to change the settings but can't find it, can anyone help.  I'm using Firefox browser.

I'm using Windows Vista and Windows Live Mail.  I want to create a group email address.  The Help section tells me to click to open Windows Conatact and then to click New Contact Group[ on the toolbar.  But New Contact Group does not appear on my toolbar! Help!
