Hi I have Windows Live Mail & Hotmail as my email accounts, and i am running Windows 7 on my pc. They have been working fine , but the select font size and font colour , bold, underline etc. small square at the top righ of the page as gone
faint , and wont work, can you tell me how to restore it to its original setting , as it was when it was working . Although I can still send and recieve emails I am stuck with only the one size and colour option , Your help would be very much appriciated

I can delete emails in my Inbox one by one but this is too long. I want to delete 20 emails in one go. Is there a quick way to delete 20 Inbox emails from Windows Live Mail? Would be obliged if you knew and let me know. Thanks. U.Kuran

I am using windows live mail on Micrsoft 7. My E-mails are being "grouped". I want them to be received individually - not grouped.
How do I change the setting?
Since upgrading to Window 8 Pro (from Win 7 Ultimate), whenever I create an email message in Windows LIve Mail, when I tab to the "message" section, the curser freezes when it hits the "subject" line - I have to restart Windows LIve Mail. Is there a fix
for this?
- I updated from Windows Live Mail 2011 to 2012. Two things happened. I can no longer send an email to a group. I get an error message which says "the message cannot be sent. Type an email address for one or more recipients in the TO, CC or BCC box." Obviously an unacceptable situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
- The helpful ribbon at the top has disappeared. I now have a barebones menu with many fewer choices. is there a way to restore the ribbon? Thanks very much!
