is there any way of recovering emails coz deleted some important information
I want to remove outlook from my mac as I never use it but in some cases, even when I selected mail as the default app, Outlook is launched by an ics attachment. I still use word and powerpoint sometimes so I would like to keep it. I was told the only
way was to remove Office 2011 completely. is there another workaround? I just want to get rid of Outlook for good.

I was wondering if there's any way to disable links within a conversation window?
My optimal setting would be displaying the link itself but not making it active.

I notice in day, work, and week you can play with the scale to show more hours. Is there a way to change month so that it shows all appointments on that day? It seems to be limited to 6 appointments.

I would like to retrive all the emails that may apear in a past sent or saved message located in any of my subfolders (inbox or other created child folder).
basicaly is there a way to research all the @ that are located in folders containing email and extract the charachter chain from this email?
I need this to build a sent/received email adress data base.

Just wondering, how to, or is there a way, to set up an Office 365 (Exchange) Calendar (account) in Mountain Lion's Calendar app? (formerly iCal)
The reason being, I don't always launch Outlook 2011 every time I am on my home iMac, but I would still like to view my office calendar somewhere, like on the Calendar app in Mountain Lion, from time to time.
I have successfully set up my Office 365 Exchange account (same account) on both iPad and iPhone. But doesn't seem to be working on the Mac.

Is there a way to assign a new contact to a contact category as I add them. I only saw how to click and drag them to a category after I have added them. I would like to assign the categories as I add them not after.
is there a way i can tell by checking my sent folder to see if a sent email has been opened?
The calendar in my email window is preventing me seeing the entire email at times. i want to look at the calendar but not everyday. Is there a way to shrink it or remove it elsewhere?
