I live in Thailand, and was recently switched trom Hotmail to Outlook. Now when I try to log on everything comes in Thai. When I use a friend's computer to log on the same pages come up in English. Back to my computer, same problem. I don't know what to change to get English pages up.

am using Office for Mac 2011. and I'm unable to add or modify the "default address format" in outlook.

I have about 10 countries with "default address format" (which was obviously imported from entourage as I had set them up there some years ago), but I need to create new ones for thailand and malaysia in my outlook address book. but I'm not able to do anything. I've tried searching on the net, but am not finding anything that would help me resolve this issue.

I receive regularly emails from Microsoft in the Thai language.

A language that I can not speak, read or write.

I am retired and living in Thailand a few months a year in Thailand.

NOBODY told me that in order to make a holiday to Thailand I would need to master the language.

I have clearly written in my preferences that I prefer to get email in the English language.

Is it so difficult for Microsoft to stick to that?

Receiving emails in a language that I don't understand are a waste of time/resources and ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
