I have about 10 countries with "default address format" (which was obviously imported from entourage as I had set them up there some years ago), but I need to create new ones for thailand and malaysia in my outlook address book.  but I'm not able to do anything.  I've tried searching on the net, but am not finding anything that would help me resolve this issue.
