Hello,

I am trying to export a video that needs to stay in the allotted time (30 minutes). When I open of task manager it tells me that the encoder is using 89%-100% of my CPU. When it gets to high it just stops exporting and stays in the bar window but makes no progress. I just installed a new graphics card if that is of significance and all the drivers are up to date. Please I need some help!

Thanks,
Wiz

I am receiving a script error: NREUMQ is undefined. Cannot access or close the program, have to use task manager to exit.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Windows Live Mail with the same outcome.
Using other mailing software, I can receive e-mails, but I cannot send.
I am using Windows 7
HI. Pulling my hair out here.
Windows Live Mail (v11) suddenly refused to open, after working fine for over a year. It just sits at the opening screen with the circle and says starting. In task manager, wlmail.exe is open under processes, but not under applications. Have tried the following:

• set mail to offline in IE
• went to control panel and fixed Live Essentials and rebooted.
• removed all messages from the mail folder
• updated all Windows updates
• installed Live Mail 2012
• fixed Live Essentials again
• MS checked authencity etc - all ok
• ran fixkey.reg as per one of your support pages
• fixed live essential again
• Switched off the router and tried offline.... the same
Still would not open from my workplace, but it did open when I was home (no internet/network at home).
• then copied mail back and it would not open again
• fixed live essentials again
STILL WILL NOT OPEN

WHAT MORE CAN I DO ..... PLEEEEEEEEZE???

If you ctrl alt delete and close from task manager it will open again.  This happends three of four times a day.

Win 7

Windows Essentials  2011. I have installed Windows Essentials 2012

I have repaired and deleted and reinstalled. No Joy

After about 5 minutes of use windows live messenger freezes. I can't even close the windows. I also noticed that in the task manager the memory for messenger spikes up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still has a problem. It was working fine yesterday, then today it just stopped. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Hello everyone,

Whenever I try to open any of my Windows Live Essentials programs (mail, messenger etc.), I can see the process running in the task manager, but no window pops up on the screen. I decided to just uninstall WLE from the control panel, but it won't let me. When I click "uninstall/change", I get to the dialog box where it says  "remove one or more windows live programs" and "repair all windows live programs", but when I click "remove..." it won't give me the options to choose the programs to uninstall, and it just flashes a dialog box which says "Done! The programs you selected have been uninstalled", but the programs are still on my system. Is there a way around this? I just want to remove Windows Live Essentials 2011.

Thank you
When attempting to send or reply to an email in hotmail, using IE9 the Internet Explorer Security pops up and my comuter locks up.  I have to use task manager to unlock it.  I do not have this problem with Chrome,  This seems to happen after an update but then it works ok after another.  What going on?

What is causing this?  The task manager says its' running fine, hotmail is the only program I've got running.  I have even shut down Word which I don't think would bear much relationship to the workings of Hotmail but I'm desperate.  Refreshing the page sometimes will work but most of the time I have to open a new window and shut down the old one.  If the new window doesn't work, I need to wait for the error to clear.  I have run ad-aware several times so I'm all clear on the junk front.  I have Roadrunner which isn't fast but I've been assured that it's working normally.

Hotmail seems to work great with Chrome.  I prefer IE 9 though.  I already connect to HTTPs automatically.  I'm sick to death of clearing my browser -- I've cleared it so many times, there aren't even cobwebs hanging around.  Is there anything else that I need to change?
