I have tried to find a solution to create a local/personal folder for my mails. I'm using IMAP account with outlook and my server space is running out.

For some reason I have not found a solution for this. When I have created a new folder the system does not ask or show where the folder is located and I can not get the properties open for the folder.

I was "pushed" into Outlook and switched back, only to find that my Contacts system had a different Red/Orange colour and was called "People" and was not nearly as good as the old contacts system, and I now find it will not let me create New groups (my old groups were not deleted, but I have not yet tried to add or delete members, which may also be a problem). How can I create new Groups in this new contacts system? Or, am I stuck without a fix?

When a person "migrates" from Live Messenger to Skype, what happens to the Categories that were used in the Messenger system ?

Does Skype have a "Category" process ?

Thanks.

For the past couple years on my Dell laptop, I have used Windows Live Mail to organise my e-mail accounts. One from Hotmail and another  account. However, last week for some unknown reason, I was unable to send or forward any e-mails from the account, even though I was receiving mail in both accounts.  Today, I cannot even access it at all. I keep getting a message up saying that C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR110.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.

I have tried unsucessfully to download the file from various websites offering downloads, but nothing seems to work.  I can still receive and send e-mails using my Hotmail account, but I had numerous folders on my Live Mail system which I can no longer access.  Any ideas how to reinstall this damn file or just to get access to my folders?

the title explains everything, your forum section sucks, how about creating a section for specific problems, and fix what the **** is wrong
I just changed my operating system from Vista to Windows XP, and the Contacts section for Hotmail looks very different.  I don't see how to find out who is in a group or how to add or delete a person from a group.
I had to reload MAC OS and Office, I have a backup of the previous system, how do I import/retrieve my contacts, messages, folders from the backup. I thought everything was stored in Microsoft User data and then identies, I can see allot of information there but when I try to restore that, Office rebuilds the identity and office does not show my folders, messages, and contacts... Have I lost all of it?
How do I add or delete contacts from my group(s) contacts? It looks like you have changed the system and not told us what to do for this!
Also, when I try to add a contact to a group it will usually not add the contact to that group, but only to the list of all contacts.  But sometimes it does add the contact to a group.  So this looks like a fault in the system.  Is anyone trying to repair it?
