I was regularly receiving emails from a sender with no problems until December 2013. The emails are not in my junk folder and the sender insists that they are sending the emails. I have responded to the questions from other post below. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

• Does issue persists when using a different internet browser?  Yes
• Does it also persist when using a different computer? Yes
• Is there any error message? If so, please provide the complete and exact error message.  No error message
• What were the actions you have taken prior to this issue? Check spam and verify sender is on safe list.

somehow I have blocked a newsletter from my MSN account - it has several other email newsletters attached to the original publisher

I can not find it on my blocked list

I can not find it on my safe list - added it but still blocked

I have been using my Yahoo account to re-direct the emails but do not understand why I can not get them in Outlook  - I have written the company several times but of course they can not reply to me as it goes into LaLa Land

What am I to do ??? at my wits end and can not find the answer

I have put a few emails address on the blocked list and i did remove them from the safe list before as well. But i still received some emails.
The emails are not junk mails, i just wish to not receive anything from them anymore.
Alos, will they be informed by hotmail that they can't send me anything anymore?

Could you please let me know.

Thank you.

I need to receive important emails from Paypal so that I can address a problem with my account. Emails are being sent from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but I'm not receiving them, despite adding the email address as safe sender on my account. Can someone please help.
I was on Outlook 2007 Windows and had no problem migrating my .pst to the Mac, but apparently all my safe sender and safe domain designations were lost. Is there a way to preserve those? Also, on Outlook 2007 the addition of a domain or sender to a safe list was a one click operation. Am I missing something, or is the only way to add a safe domain actually typing the domain onto the list manually? And the only way to add a safe sender is to create a new contact, even if it is for a newsletter?
