I have been receiving junk mail allegedly from PayPal for months.

Finally started marking it initially just as 'junk' and later as 'Phishing Scam' which briefly stopped the problem.

Now the same letters are arriving showing the sender as my own address (and not the only one that anyone would legitimately have on record).   I'm afraid to mark these as 'junk' as I occasionally send myself stuff from my own address and don't want to block se items I do wish to receive.

It does not appear that my account has been hacked again (as happened once before).

What can I do to stop this harrassment and protect myself (I'm not very computer savy) from any risk from the "PenPal" site?   I should confirm that I have never used or contacted PayPal at any time.

HELP!

Hi,

I have been requesting a password reset link from Paypal and they say the email has been sent loads of times but it doesnt appear in my inbox or junk folder. They've suggested I contact outlook to see why I cant get it - any ideas??

thanks

Receiving suspicious emails from PayPal claiming that I need to update my account info. Sender shows as my own email address.

Any help?

hello,

i would like to add some extra space to my skydrive.

i dont have a creditcard but i do have PayPal.

why is PayPal asking me ta add a creditcard to my account when im trying to buy the extra storage?

kind regards

Jurgen

I didn't put a new credit card number on my account but did post a Paypal account.  For some reason Microsoft won't bill my Paypal but insists on continuing to try to bill an expired credit card number.  Why is that?

Now my ad free account is cancelled.  Why wasn't a Paypal account sufficient?

Hello,

I want to purchase more space on Skydrive using Paypal. Whenever I do, Skydrive will not accept it. How can this be fixed?

Hi,

Please excuse my writing, I'm not very skilled with English.

I created a new account sometimes around last week since my old email account was just getting old and spammy. After doing that, I went to Paypal to pay someone for their service. While filling in the information on PayPal, it turns out I put down the wrong email address (basically I flipped the order of the name... For example: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was actually *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. So I panicked and went back to outlook and created a second new email for the one I messed up on PayPal.

Now fast forward to today, I am able to access my email (the one I messed up), but cannot send an email... But for my first new email address it works fine... It seems my second new account is disabled... Is there any way I can fix it?

I will truly appreciate some guidance here.

Thanks,

Matt

My wifes credit card was out of date when the billing date came for Outlook. I have wasted hours trying to change the billing details for her. Paypal did not work so I added another credit card, which the system recognises, but does not allow me to activate. Seems to me brain numbing incredible that it is impossible to contact Microsoft on these matters even when you want to pay them money!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone got any ideas how to proceed, or should I just give up on ad-free hotmail/outlook?
