Am I still appearing offline to them? How do I block them properly?
I have the same problem as everyone that has asked above, when I go to a site that has a -- email me place to click and I click it , thinking I'm going to go to my new msg in inbox with their email address wrong, I get this msg
“Sorry, there is a problem with Hotmail right now”, no one else seems to have that problem.
meaning I can't email the person because it doesn't go to inbox!!!!!! I've did everything in the answers above but to no avail, I don't think I can explain it any simplier. When I'm reading my hometown newspaper and I want to contact the editor he
has a line that says email me (no address ) click here, doesn't work just does the old “Sorry, there is a problem with Hotmail right now” , I'm sure that this question is confusing to you but its the best way I can explain it. Its a simple question,

I have problems with the "contacts". I cannot open the "contacts" . Since 2 weeks, if I press the button "Contacts", it tries for some seconds, then it says - there are problems - please tell microsoft, that there is a problem. I always do, but nothing happens.
And if I start to write a new letter to a person from the contact, I have to fill in the whole adress by myself. Even if I want to answer a mail and press "reply", I have to write the e-mail-adress by myself. Thats strange, isn`t it?
