Quando transformei a conta para Microsoft.com.br, meus e-mails pendentes de leitura e resposta, assim como a caixa de e-mails, guardados porque tinham informações importantes; foram perdidas.
Gostaria de recupera-las; há quem possa me ajudar?
I am running Apple Mountain Lion OS and would like to use Outlook as my default programs for mail, calendar and contacts. Is there a way to import the contacts and calendar data?
I alredy conect the inbox folder, but the another folders (Home, work, friend) dos not showing in the scream.
In Calendar, when I try to Invite Attendees, I get a popup saying "Before you send a meeting invitation, you must first add an e-mail account to Outlook. To add an account, on the Tools menu, click Accounts." I already have 2 accounts in there but Calendar
sees neither. What's up and how do I fix this?

Prior versions on windows and mac os let me set my preferences such that incoming html messages were displayed as plain text. I haven't found the same setting in Outlook 2011 on mac os. I can edit a single message at a time and that will let me switch
to plaintext, but I'd like that done by default without any additional action required.
I get a spinning beach ball when I enter contacts from mail or calendar in Outlook (Office 2011). It hangs for 20 to 30 seconds and then I can search contacts. Any thoughts?
I've installed Office 2011 and all available updates as of today (January 8/13). Word, Powerpoint, Excel all work fine. However, Outlook won't open. Every time, it opens a dialog box asking me to choose an identity, but whether I choose an existing one
or create a new one, the result is always the same: an error box reading, "Could not change to that identity. An unknown error has occurred in Outlook".
I've tried all the suggestions I could find here - deleted the prefs, rebuilt the database, started with the shift key held down. It's the same thing every time. I have no previous installation of Outlook or Outlook Express or Entourage or any Microsoft mail
software on this computer. I'm about to chuck it and go back to Apple's software, unless someone has a suggestion that might work. All help appreciated.

When I send an email in Outlook 2011 for MAC, it seems to post a message which goes to Junk mail which says its from "System Administrator" with subject Message Unavailable. Anyone know how to resolve this?
When I try to email a file from an open program, Outlook starts to open and then closes. I am able to manually open Outlook and then paste the file or link. I don’t remember changing anything that would have caused this to happen. This has been an ongoing
issue for about a month. Thanks for everyone’s help.
When I try to login into my Hotmail account, all I get is a blank page with "The service is unavailable" written on it. With Windows Live Mail, I also get an error stating I cannot send nor receive mail from my account (see below). When I tried to login
with Outlook (online), it worked for my account, but when I tried changing into Hotmail, it didn't work (blank page). I did not update to Outlook, just went to Outlook.com. I know I wrote the right password, and even changed it just to try with a new one,
but it still didn't work. What's wrong? Is it my email that has a problem/been hacked or banned, or is it a problem related with Microsoft? I'm going to try logging in again tomorrow, but I would like to hear if anyone else has gotten this problem before.
The error on Window Live Mail is as follows:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (glowdie711) account.
Server Error: 0x80072EFE
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
