When I bought my new MacBookPro, I bought Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student, which does not include Outlook. Yet Outlook has shown up in my Dock, and I can't remove it. Why is it there if I didn't buy it, and why can't I remove it from my Dock?

I have emails from 2000 and when the Hotmail was moved to Outlook in March 2013 for me, all my old emails were missing!!!!!

I have tried all the options recommeded for trouble shooting, but to no avail!!

Please help as i have many invaluable emails which i cannot access.

My colleague has Outlook on her computer and has since given me permission (editor permissions) to her inbox and one of her folders within her inbox. I am able to see her inbox in my Outlook web app but I can't see the folder she also gave me access and delegate access to. Please help me resolve this so that I can view and edit emails in this folder. Thanks.

Outlook says that I have 250 unread emails but when I click to show the unread emails nothing shows up. I use chrome and mozilla which I have optimized both browsers and have checked the POP settings.  The amount of unread emails grows daily and I cant figure out where these emails are.

Hi,

I look after several @outlook domains for different clients, each domain having several users.

As my clients businesses have grown they have found they are reaching their daily limit of sending emails to their customers and are looking to purchase a premium service to lift the limit.

Is it possible for myself to purchase either one bulk Ad-free Outlook for all of my clients; or can each individual @outlook domain purchase Ad-free Outlook?

Thanks for any help!

I tried to set up Windows Outlook and inserted wrong information for server. I didn't realise it would be so hard to change the information afterwards so I just gave it a go (I wasn't sure what the server was).

I just bought a new computer and MS home premium 365 for it. On my old computer, I was using Mozilla Thunderbird. Now, I wanted to use my old email address and start using Outlook, and import all my information from Mozilla Thunderbird, which I used before. That's when I entered the server information onto Outlook. I thought I could just try it and there would be no risk. But I was very wrong. Now I can't access outlook and so I cannot change the settings either. I don't know what to do. I also already set up a new gmail because I thought it would be easier to start using a new email address with Outlook. But now I'm completely stuck and cannot do anything. Please help... I really want to use Outlook both on my new computer as well as my phone. But I can't even open it.

The error message I get is: We're sorry but Outlook has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Outlook will need to be closed as a result. Would you like us to repair now?

I get this message when I try to open Outlook. So I can't even open it. I have also tried to click on 'repair now' but that didn't change anything.

I have also tried to access outlook.exe /resetnavpane but I get the same error message.

Should I uninstall Outlook and then reinstall it, or will I run into additionalk problems if I do that?

I would really appreciate some help...Thank you.

I have not been able to access my email for almost 2 weeks now.
I have tried on several PC's and mobile devices but nothing works.

The amount of problems that I have had with my email since I stupidly chose to switch over to Outlook has been ridiculous ..

(p.s. I have tried all of the suggestions made in other people's threads, however nothing has worked)
I've signed up for Office 365, but I use a mac, so that means that I only have access to the 2011 version on the applications, which isn't a problem.

However, I'm quite scarce for room on my hard drive as it is, and putting my details into Outlook means a couple of thousand emails have been revealed in the app.

Are these emails now on my hard drive? Or is Outlook 2011 simply displaying what Outlook.com would be?
