Upgrade to Outlook
Trying to upgrade Office:Mac 2011 for Home & Student to include Outlook.  "Purchase Options" under W/E/PP file is no longer there.  How can I upgrade to include Outlook without the "Purchase Options" tab no longer there?
I want to restore my Contacts only in Outlook for Mac 2011.  I'd like to do this without restoring a complete identity from the past because I'd lose emails from the intervening period.  I can't figure out how the contacts got lost since some of them are still available.

Thanks for any help!

How do I unblock a previously blocked sender in Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011?

I currently categorize many of my e-mails into subfolders inside folders on Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac. Trouble is, in past couple weeks, the subfolders seem to have disappeared. No little arrows to expand folders either.

The emails are still there, because I can locate them using Finder.

But I can't actually access the subfolders themselves.

And here's the strangest thing: I can view the subfolders when I first open Outlook until I actually run send/receive mail, at which point they all disappear! If I close and then re-open Outlook, they appear again.

Does anyone know what might cause this, or how to fix?

Thanks!

I have the other Office applications? And if not, why not and is this likely to change? Seems odd that you are expected to buy the whole Office package again for 1 programme ... many thanks.
All of a sudden when I try open outlook I see this message:

I have sync'd my Outlook Contact list with my Mac address book and with Yahoo contacts as well. Somehow while 're-doing' things I have accumulated a large number of dupicates and even tripicates on my Outlook list, but not elswhere. I can't eliminate these duplicates because the drop down window for duplicates will not high-light. How do I eliminate my Outlook contact duplicates?
certain contacts cannot be found by using Search. The "details" and "organization" tabs for these contacts contains the message "The contact cannot be found in the directory".  We are using 2011 outlook for MAC and MS Exchange Server.
