I went to sign into my account, and it told me my account doesn't exist (I created it in mid-2011, and probably haven't signed in since then). So I went to re-create it, and it told me that the account name wasn't available. I'd like to be able to access
it again, it is the email I set for password retrieval on some sites. If someone could PM me with info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I was asked to reset my password on my account and after doing so it appears that my old account was wiped and now I cannot recover old and extremely important emails in my account even after following the online steps to recover same.
I am extremely concerned about this and urgently need those email and files to be restored- I trusted and used this hotmail account for my business.
Help would be appreciated as there is no customer support contact number for Ireland.

Will you please (pulling my hair out as I type!) help me retrieve an old account of 2012. The account has all of my old emails within it and I am so frustrated I am losing control. Thank you for the consideration and the time you will lend me in your efforts. Will you please send me the info.? As an alternate information base I have listed: (removed PII). It is the main reciprication port or email address for all my accounts.

I have tried for the past few days and today for 4 hours to change billing information on one account. I have been directed to an old account I never paid for in the first place and can't seem to get out of that circle. You finally sent me 14 codes and
non of them worked! Two sent to my cell phone, finally one worked and was told did not apply to that account, although that is the only one that will come up. I am tired of dealing with it. Six hours to pay one bill is out of line. This is worse than

I recently renamed my hotmail account. I now have the email to my old account being forwarded to the new one.
However, when signing in with the new account, I was asked whether to forward them straight to a separate folder or just the inbox.
I chose the separate folder. Now I would want to change this to the inbox of the new account because the mail in the separate folder isn't for some reason accessible to me on several devices and gmail, to which I have another mail forwarding :)
So would anyone have any idea on how to revert this choice?
I need to get a hold of a tech from Microsoft to recover a email account on Hotmail. I have tried all of the ways here and cannot find a solution. I have created a new account but cannot get into my old account at all. I changed the name and by mistake

I want to forward all my emails from my existing account to a new account so when they're sent to my old account they automatically get sent to my new one how do I do this?
I finally got my old account back several weeks ago, and I am still having trouble getting this particular person to show online, when she is online.
Mine always shows her as offline. Nothing should have changed since she was on the old account before. The others that are on that account works
