I wrote this question before and I had one reply from Forum Moderator Judith C. and I still can not recover our e-mail account at Hotmail.

Please could you help me with recover e-mail account at Hotmail? We have tried already all your options.

As of the weekend of Saturday the 10th of November 2012 we have been unable to access our company email account. The reason suggested
was that some unauthorized activity was suspected. We have tried on several occasions to regain entry supplying as much information as was
requested and still have been unable to pass the verification process. This issue had also occurred about a month earlier, though on that occasion
we were successful in gaining access. What is concerning is that in the initial stages of the validation process we were prompted to accept a code
sent to an alternative email. The alternative email we originally provided was h1....@hotmail.com yet the email we were prompted to use began
hi.... @hotmail.com It is for this reason that we had not accepted to gain a code via email.
This is main problem is that somebody put to our account e-mail the additional alternative e-mail address hi.... @hotmail.com
Also we have used your links which were sent to two addresses (why ???should be only one!), one of which we do not use
or recognize in order to reset our password. When we try to log in, using the new password, the page that opens still says that 'it looks like
someone else is trying to access your account' and then reverts us back to the page where we are asked 'do we want an email sent'.
The only alternative email which is offered for send re-set code is not one we recognize h1....@hotmail.com (our e-mail) only
the hi.... @hotmail.com - this email is not used by us.

Please could you help us, this is our company e-mail address with all very important information for us.

Are main concern in all this is that we have a number of client contacts stored in that account along with several personal emails.
We are happy to provide additional information such as content of received emails or content of folders..although we can not be expected
to know all of the hundreds of those stored. You are welcome to look into the folder Companies House and you will see details of our company
number. You will also note that our company information is listed in the signature at the foot of each sent email.


I have a number of mails of the same format being sent to me that I want to save as files with slightly different titles each time.  There doesn't seem to be any way of saving the whole mail to reproduce on my hard drive
Mail could not be received at this time. The server for account "my account" returned the error "Maximum number of connections from user +IP exceeded (mail_max_userip_connections)." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password ? 

My username and password works correctly and I get this error message every 10 minutes while I am logged into my email account. This has been happening for over 3 months
Where can I see how many contacts there are on my complete "People" list as well as on the separate group lists?

Myself Marri Ravindra Reddy had been operating on my Email ID **Email address removed for privacy**, for several years The password remained the same all these years. Yesterday evening I find that my Email ID and password has been hacked and some messages are going to my contacts from my account.

I tried to log in with my ID and Password and got the message that this Microsoft Account Does not Exists.

I have been Senior Leader in Rotary International and was District Governor for the area of Andhra Pradesh in India 25 years back. My Email ID is recorded with different people in different Countries.

Since I have lot of private data , messages, contacts detais etc, you will agree that I must be restored with my account and I could operate with new pass word. Please treat this very urgent and take action under intimation to me on my mobile phones **Number removed for privacy** and **Number removed for privacy**.

Further When I send messages to my Old Email ID I came to know that Emails are Sent.

I updated my live.com email account to outlook.com email today and am in the process of updating my email and calendars from Gmail. I tried to share my main calendar with my wife, still on Gmail, but am getting the following error:

There's a problem sending your invitation because you've hit the limit for the number of messages you can send in a day. You can increase this limit by verifying your account in Hotmail. Just go to your inbox and send a message from there. Then come back to Calendar to send this invitation. Sorry for the inconvenience. (redacted)@gmail.com

 

I've gone back into outlook.com and sent her an email saying that I am trying to share my calendar with her but I keep getting this same message. I've deleted my cache and temp internet files. I am on Win7 Home Premium using IE9 and Windows Live Mail. I am attempting to share through IE, not Live Mail.

 

Why am I limited in the number of messages I can send in a day? I had previously tested the calendar by inviting her to a test event. She hasn't responded to that yet so I don't know if she got the invite.

I regularly delete the mail in my junk mail and then from my 'deleted' box. I find that when they land in my 'deleted' box, they seem to be opened. the number of mail going into my junk mail is constantly increasing. Stuck!!?

Do I just leave it in the junk box?

I would like to send an email to a large number of relatives and I would like to hide their email addresses

My credit card company changed the number on my Visa, the renewal was rejected due to the fact that my account still had the old number, and though I've added two new credit card numbers on the payment page, Microsoft keeps sending me notices on the charge that failed on the old credit card.  And, to make matters worse, there's no email or phone number for contact for help.  Apparently there is no online help or other help for Windows LIVE Hotmail.  I'm beginning to think that I should find an email provider that has actual customer support.  

 

 

I received a notice that my cc expired and it listed a URL where I could change the billing information.  I changed the card type and number but it still keeps trying to charge the old card and it won't let me delete the old card because it states that there are transactions pending.  It is showing the new card as the one to charge tho.  I can't find a support phone # or email address to report this - does anyone know who I can contact?

I'm afraid that our Hotmail account will be disabled before I can resolve the issue.
