Can Someone please tell me if there are plans to have the Read Receipt option added into Microsoft Outlook for MAC? I have the 2011 Home and business version and read receipts are crucial for my business.  This is annoying! What's the word?  Anyone know if or when that will be added?

Thanks so much!!

Is there a way to "forward" all my birthdays from 2012 to 2013 without going through the "task" of manually changing them, or adding them one at t time to 2013?
Microsoft Outlook cannot be opened because of a problem.  Check with the developer to make sure Microsoft Outlook works with this version of Mac OSX. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and MacOSX. Hi, my Office for Mac updated this morning and since then I've not been able to open Outlook. I've tried installing the whole software again but its not helping. Any ideas? thanks
Help!  I had to rebuild my identity in Outlook for Mac after a problem and now all of my "local" mail is gone.  Here are the steps that I went through:

1. I made a copy of Office 2011 Identities folder before taking any steps.
2. I opened the Microsoft Database utility and deleted the existing identities.
3. I created a new "Main Identity".
4. I replaced all of the contents of the new "Data Records" folder with the contents of the "Data Records" folder from the copy I created in step 1.  This file has 1.61 GB of data from 11,543 items.
5. I used the Microsoft Database Utility to rebuild my Main identity and create a new database.

Unfortunately, this new database is only 27.3 MB and when I open Outlook, none of my old mail is there.  It appears that the rebuild is not pulling in the content of the Data Records Folder.

Please help.  I'm dying.
