All of a sudden at the top of some incoming messages the is a line that says  "this message is being ignored" .  I don't know if it's something I did or???  I would just like to know if it is something I did, How do I UNDO it?  Please help!

Why doesn't messenger show songs I am listening to when I play music in spotify, I have relevant boxes ticked and up until last week they always showed.

I can receive emails but when I send them they are rejected as spam, how do I correct this

When I send emails they are rejected and a window pops up that says " 5.7.1 this email has been rejected. The email message was detected as spam.  error code 17099"

unable to view Bcc recipients from previously sent emails

I'm trying to view Bcc recipients of an email I previously sent.  Is there an option that will allow me/the sender to view them after the message has been sent?

Cannot send outgoing messages using Outlook on a Mac: error code 17897

I cannot send any outgoing messages.  It was working for months and then nothing, but the following error message:Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods. The same error message as others have posted, but it's for outgoing emails.  I am using a new Mac Book Pro. What is the solution, anyone?

Cannot rebuild Outlook 2011 database

I cannot rebuild Outlook 2011 database after restoring from Time Machine backup as it gets stuck on Step 4 (Recovering Data) and I get the message "Your database could not be rebuilt". Any suggestions please?

 am able to access Windows Live & Profile pages, but when click on INBOX, get message service unavailable

error message: outlook was redirected to the server auto discover.hotmail.com. Do you want to allow the server to configure your settings
