Every time I send 1 e-mail or forward an e-mail to several people I have been asked to verify our account, by writing the squiggly letters in the box. This is getting to be annoying and never happened before. We were in Europe for a month and when accessing our account had to verify from each location which was okay. But now that we are on our own computer this is happening excessively. How do we stop this?
Outlook.com won't accept any size or format photo that I try to upload to my profile. Every photo, no matter how small, and all under the stated 4MB, that I try to upload results in the message: "We can't upload this display picture. Check to make sure the file name and location are correct."

Obviously since I'm uploading from my PC the file name and location ARE correct. Help!
I found the Microsoft User Data folder in Documents per dianeoforegon's post of Nov 2011 but cannot find 'correct location' ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/your identityW
In Microsoft Office for Mac when creating an appointment the Location drop down menu is blank. How do I access all of the recent locations I have entered manually?
Hi all,

I'm using outlook 2011 to connect to an exchange server. I use a notebook and I'm working from different place. So I configured my /etc/hosts file for proper resolving of the exchange server name. My exchange hostname is cose0101. So when I change my environment, sometimes the exchange server is resolvable via DNS.
The outlook changes the hostname in the preferences of outlook. Then when I change my location the connection did not work anymore, because now the name is not resolvable via DNS or hosts anymore. So I have manual to reconfigure the setting.

So, my question is: How can I stop the automatic reconfiguration of my account setting?

Where are my groups located? I can find the edit button in manage groups, but I cannot locate where my groups are stored so I can add new names etc.. I have 5 groups that I can no longer locate after moving from outlook to windows live.
I know I can doubleclick on a 30 minute increment in the calendar and a new Appt will open. I also know I can click and drag a time period int he calendar to create an appointment, and then I just enter the topic the appt directly into the calendar screen. If I use the click and drag method, is there a way to quickly enter the location of the appt too? In my old calendar system I could enter:

Doctor@hospital

Can it would put Doctor in subject and Hospital in the location. Is there a similar type of shortcut for Outlook? Click, drag, enter subject, return, command-o, tab, enter location seems like way too many steps. There's got to be a better way and I'm just missing it.

Thanks,

Allan
