My inbox just shrunk to an unreadably small size.  How do I get it back to normal?

synchronizing problem between Exchange server 2007 sp3 and outlook for mac

Hi all,
i have a machine running windows server 2003 with Exchange server 2007 sp3, and then i have a user with office mac 2011 with outlook running on Mac OS X v10.7.3

Outlook start fine and it shows that the user is connected to our Exchange server but when it comes to download or synchronize mails and calendars, it shows that is updating the mails and calendars but you never find any mails in your inbox, outbox or sent. and even the calendar will never succeeded. and then after 15mins, you will see that it starts the same process of synchronizing mails and calendars. but it will never download mails.

there is anyone who have resolved this problem?

Please i am desperately need a help on this problem.

NetTemps website added to my blocked list 6/19/2012-- still showing up as new mail in my inbox as of 6/27/2012 and this site as of 6/27/2012 is still showing on my blocked list

problems with Microsoft Live Mail

I'm having some issues with Microsoft Live Mail.  The first issue is that new mail doesn't automatically appear in my in box.  I have to hit the send/receive button, go out of the application and log back in before the mail appears.  The second issue is that if I delete an e-mail in my inbox, it doesn't disappear until I go out of the application and then log back in.

In responding to my Windows  Live Mail aquestion on why some of my contacts' incoming e-mail is misdirected to junk folder instead of inbox. Was told to "add them to the while list".

How do I find white list and how do I add contacts to it?

 

PS Forum drop down list below has no selection for Windows Live Mail, so I chose generic Windows

PPS Topic drop down list .has no selection for  Windows Live Mail, so I chose Windows Update..

 

If I'm in wrong Forum, somebody please refer me to Windows Live Mail forum. I'm beginning to feel that Windows Live Mail is an unwanted orphan,

i am only seeing emails from 15 days old. where are they? are they archived? i cant find them anywhere. please help

i go to my inbox and i only see the last 15 days of emails. 6/15/12 are the last ones seen but when i search it pulls up my older emails.

Lost/Deleted Emails

Why were all messages in my inbox deleted without warning nor my permission?

I am in the same position as the user who posted this.  I've used and paid for Hotmail for years and never had an issue until now.  And I'm still waiting to hear answers to the following:


Question # 1:   Why was my inbox cleared out without warning or my permission?

Question # 2:   Can those mails be put back back into my inbox or my Do Not Delete folder?

Question # 3.   How can I prevent this from happening in the future?


Microsoft---PLEASE help me!
