After changing name on my hotmail account it immediately wiped out access to original account. Now I have lost folder's and other saved info. How can I retrieve all my info from previous account?

when I write an email, if I go back and change the contents and hit Enter, the text changes size to much smaller than the text that occurs after the changes. Is this a glitch in the new Hotmail?

When I go to delete addresses from recieved mail, so I can forward a clean copy and not give out other peoples accounts, hotmail, live mail stops working. How do I foreward clean copies of mail?
A few weeks ago we had a problem with Hotmail. It's been fine since. We are getting calls from someone who says he works for Microsoft. He wants to "take over" our computer and fix problems. He says he knows of problems we don't see yet and it will crash.
Is this legitimate?
