I can log into window live, but when I go to my in box I get a blank screen.
When I log into msn.com it hangs up and never loads.
My daughter has passed away and we would like to access her hotmail account to check it and answer any emails. How do we do this? We don't know her password or the answer to the security question that comes up. Thanks for your help. Julie
I am using Google chrome and when I put in msn or hotmail I get taken to a hotmail google email address that I did not set up and it is not what I am looking for, and NO I do not want my accounts linked, and I do have a google account too but I need hotmail's

I am trying to change the Birthday details in one of my contacts.
Every time I try to save the changes, I get told that Hotmail is unable to save the changes and to try later.
I checked the service status and all is OK.
I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit
My browser is Google Chrome version v.22.0.1229.79m

How do I switch back to the old hotmail? I hate the new contacts portion called people I want the old style back or I will be using my gmail as my main mail source

I clicked the X on a few side banner ads in Hotmail and a windows appeared asking if I want to stop the ads.
So I go to the link and this appears:
