The new format of Hotmail is terrible.

Every time i log in to hotmail, before i can access my emails i am asked a page comes up saying -  "A password isn't enough" and have to enter extra security questions. But the next time i log in i am asked the same quistions agian.

Please help

The size of letters is so small yhay I can not read the emails
i have added my hotmail accounts to outlook, but it did not download all the emails (just past few months) and did not sync the subfolders in hotmail. a second thing, it merged both accounts into one, i like to keep them like in my old outlook in window separate accounts.
 what can i do

How do I enter multiple contacts all at once, simultaneously, from an xcel list sheet? I do not want to enter a contact one by one. I am sending out an ad and wish to send it straight from my list of contacts, yet i have so many to enter into my hotmail contacts list. also, can a copy of a draft be saved as a multiple draft for the same copry per amount needed of the same exact draft? thanks.

I signed into my mailbox after not having signed in a while to find that the entire mailbox is empty (all my folders are gone, nothing in sent, drafts or deleted). All that was in my inbox was a welcome message from Hotmail.  I followed the steps to recover deleted items, and was not successful. This was the message I got when I tried recovering deleted items: Sorry, we've tried our best, but unfortunately there are no mails to recover.

Please advise as to how to recover my mail and folders.
Not sure how to explain this.  I get to my Hotmail account with an icon in my taskbar.  I have been trying to turn off ny vacation reply using the account on my computer.  Just now went into google and googled Hotmail and signed in that way.  Found the vacation reply area so was able to turn off.  How do I get the Hotmail account that I can access thru the internet to be as convenient as the one I have on my computer?  This doesn't make any sense to me so I hope someone can make some sense of it.  Thank you so much.
