It isn't all of them, and I haven't opened or replied or forwarded them.
In my junk folder in hotmail some emails have started to come throu with a blue arrow next to them, its pointing down, what does it mean?
Unless I just don't see it, is there a "select all" option, for when I want to delete messages? It's easy in Hotmail, but not so in Windows Live.
I have received an email on my hotmail that says immedicate attention needed or else I will lose my hotmail account forever, It asks me to fill in all this information including password and date of birth. Is this for real from Hotmail? I have copied adn pasted it below. Thanks so much.

- Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your in-box will be that much smaller.
- Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hot mail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
- Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

When the account was hacked it was necessary to change my password. After that there was no access to the old emails. I am looking for a particular email from several years ago. I have the name of the sender if that helps.

I am unable to reset my account (removed email address for security reasons) because my password has been changed and whoever is responsible has added an address do*****@hotmail.com as a reset address. I have tried to reset this account several times by
filling in the form in which i put in the recent subjects of my mails, my recent password, recent addresses i sent emails to etc but it always comes back unsuccessful. i used a different name and D.O.B when i opened the address some years ago. i never put
on the do*****@hotmail.com address, or any other reset address. Your address requires a password, which i do not have. I need to regain access to my account. Please help. do you need further info?

I have Windows Live Mail 2011 as a Program along w/ Windows Vista Home Premium on my laptop.
The Windows Home Live website where i can also send & receive emails has now changed to Outlook instead of the Hotmail setup it used to use.
So now how do i update my Email Program that was Windows Live to Outlook as well so i can use it as a Program on my laptop?
I use my Blackberry which also gets email and internet but i like to tether it to my laptop to use Browser and do emails in larger form on my laptop.
