Two issues: 1) reply is sending a merged sent copy to Inbox. 2) bottom of pane with mail listings in all folders (except: drafts & sent) only shows Page 1 instead of Page 1 of 3.

I recently changed my Hotmail password on my Apple laptop and now get a message from my iPad that my password is incorrect. My iPad is currently frozen with this messsage; I’m unable to get out of it.

Each time I enter my new password, the same message field pops up.

The frame behind the Password Incorrect field is for the Software Update.

My partner and myself both have hotmail accounts and it is only when we use our laptop that this is a problem. When I log onto my account and access my contacts that is fine. But my partner when he logs onto his account and this happens 5 out of 10 times he gets my contacts and none of his. The rest of the folders on his account is fine it is just the contacts that change. Any ideas? it is so frustrating. We access hotmail via Windows Explorer and then Google.

An error message keeps appearing on my screen saying authenification failed. I have to keep cancelling it in order to continue whatever I am doing on the computer and I have googled for solutions and none have worked so far.

My Hotmail wont load. It comes up but I cant click on the emails to open them. And its all over the place. Its been like that for several days.

How do I revert to my old, none-Outlook hotmail? I don’t know how I got this new-fangled Outlook in the first place.

How can I reinstall the original Hotmail page and get rid of the new Outlook format?

I added a new email account to the Send to/Receive from area (successfully) and then found that my Hotmail Plus account had suddenly changed back to an ordinary Hotmail account with loads of annoying adverts! How do I get my Hotmail Plus account that I pay for back? My subscription is valid until next July. Tried Billing Dept but they referred me to here. I have NOT changed to Outlook although the page I used for the addition of the new email address did seem to be an Outlook page!

I seem to have lost my contacts in the left pane of hotmail under hotmail, sent, etc. how do I put them back?
