On my new computer, I'm trying to import dbx files from my old computer's Outlook Express. I am trying to do this one folder at a time in order to keep things in some sort of order. In its Storage folder, WLM sets up an "imported folder" each time I do an import, but it's empty and the imported emails are nowhere to be found. I can search "all mail" and find a huge unsorted mass of everything I've imported, but none of it appears in a folder anywhere in the navigation bar on the left side. Any insights?

I recently got a iphone and was checking my emails when I went into some folders and they were empty, so I assumed that it was only showing me emails from the day I activated my iphone so I deleted the files using my iphone and I just went into my laptop and notices all my folders are gone,  I have some very sentimental emails in my folders and I have some heading from/to my lawyer which is imperative i get it back.

Please help

A few very important folders have disappeared from Hotmal, including my "Personal" file folder. Yesterday a couple of those were

in Windows Live Mail but today they are also gone.  Any suggestions on how to retrieve them ?

I currently categorize many of my e-mails into subfolders inside folders on Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac. Trouble is, in past couple weeks, the subfolders seem to have disappeared. No little arrows to expand folders either.

The emails are still there, because I can locate them using Finder.

But I can't actually access the subfolders themselves.

And here's the strangest thing: I can view the subfolders when I first open Outlook until I actually run send/receive mail, at which point they all disappear! If I close and then re-open Outlook, they appear again.

Does anyone know what might cause this, or how to fix?

Thanks!

Can I have a place to put my Favorite folders? I used this feature all the time in Ent 2008, and would be bummed if it weren't in 2011.
I'm running WLM under Windows 7 64-bit. I use custom storage folders with a primary header folder then dated sub folders. Today I transferred highlighted emails from my input folder to one of the dated sub folders. I found that all the transferred messages were exactly the same. There was also an identical message in the Primary header folder but when I deleted it all the messages in the sub folders, when I tried to open them, resulted in a 'Cannot be Found' message. I've tried the WLM repair function via the Control Panel but the result is still the same. I've not has this problem when I transfer single emails from the input folder to Storage but only when I select a group of emails & try to transfer them to a Storage folder.
I rebuilt my identity as outlook wouldn't open.  After the rebuild Outlook opened but then all my folder names were gone and replaced with 'Recovered Folder 1, ...2, 3...etc.  I tried to rebuild again and the folders returned but now I can't save anything to a folder and I'm not able to create any new calendar entries.

I still have the original identity saved as a copy but haven't tried to copy/paste that under the main identity file yet.

this app is making me miss outlook on my PC...

Any help is most welcome!
On email screen, left column.  I accidentally clicked (highlighted)  "Hide" on an existing folder, called MINE.  After the click, the "MINE" name  folder disappeared from the FOLDERs list.  How can I make the MINE folder to reappear on the FOLDERs list. Please and thanks.
I have moved all e-mails to folders, but the outlook icon on the bar and the inbox in folders shows 2 messages unread.  Everything else has been deleted.

I would appreciate any help
I can't set up folders in Outlook for filing my emails. The folder option is grayed out in my drop down window. Please advise.
