Recently after I finished typing an email and click the SEND icon. I got a window saying Window Live Mail in the title bar, with an error message. But when I tried to close it, wherever I clicked, I got a ding sound, the Window Live Mail window won't close. Could you tell me what has happened and explain to me how to close the window now.
Regards
Nancy
Trying to access Windows Live Mail, I get: "you are currently off line. would you like to go online now?" after clicking yes, the message is repeated with error ID 0x8004108c. I am on line and everything else seems to work. Rolling back, turning off antivirus no help. All suggested appreciated.

Michiel

I am receiving this message when I am in Windows Live Mail. It means I am unable to send emails (although I am receiving them).
I suspect the problem has something to do with the fact that, in an effort to speed up my PC, I went into msconfig and Disabled the Start up and Services options. In an effort to solve the problem I tried to Enable All of the Services again but it has not solved the problem.
I am considering a System Restore to a time when WLM was working OK...........
Any other ideas or comments ?

Original title: I have an issue with the windows live email. Can you help me please? Thanks
Hello. I'm having an issue with my Windows Live Mail, when using the "Bcc", along with the "To" email text boxes. When I try to send an email (plus attachment) while using the Bcc (where I copy/paste a batch of emails from an Excel Spreadsheet), it won't send the email when I click on Send. Instead, an error window pops up stating the email(s) can't be found. Any suggestions?
Has been happening all day and I don't believe it's a system availability issue. Credit card info is valid.
2) Am able to add Paypal as a pay option but the system won't default to it. "Change payment method" re-adds Paypal but does not revert to it.
3) is there a phone number I can call in to renew?
I'm getting the following error message when I'm trying to access Windows Live Mail. Server error 0x80072F0D
Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (xxxx) account.
Server Error: 0x80072F0D
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072F0D
Have tried uninstalling and re-installing windows live essentials but no luck. Any help appreciated.
