1) when I try to renew Hotmail plus at commerce.microsoft.com I get an error message:

Has been happening all day and I don't believe it's a system availability issue.  Credit card info is valid. 

 

2) Am able to add Paypal as a pay option but the system won't default to it.  "Change payment method" re-adds Paypal but does not revert to it.

 

3) is there a phone number I can call in to renew?
