I created a new Hotmail account and allowed it to receive emails sent to my old account, but the only emails my new account has received since its creation on 9 October 2012 has been the new account's confirmation email, an email just now from Microsoft

I have added 5 new contacts to a group (already existing), but these do not appear when I select that particular group in the drop down catorgories when I am sending a new group e mail. Where are they? This new ' people' file does not seem to integrate

Due to my husbands email account getting blocked which I assume was due to spam his car insurance was cancelled, he now needs to go to court for driving without insurance as he didnt know it had been cancelled!!

I am using hotmail with Firefox. When I reply or try to type in a contact name on email it doesn't fill in the name? My contacts list also is not available? It had been working?
Is there a way to set up Outlook for Mac, 2011, so that upon deleting one email it opens the NEXT email received, rather than the previous email? Currently it keeps opening only the previously received email. Which doesn't make sense.
I already have been using Hotmail for many years and am very very happy with it. Can I set up a new second hotmail account that I could use for just newsletters etc.?
