i can receive an Emails but when i am trying to send i am getting message (verify your account) and when i am trying to verify the email
they ask for mobile number but in uae is not supporting this service 
can you advise what i have to do

 I have set up my exchange with the same details that i set my mail up to my iPhone. When I go to send an email a error code comes up 17997 (unexpected data was encounted.  I also can't receive mail. I have checked server details time and time again. Also used a links  on these pages that have 2 options to fix. Can any one help me... I really need this up and running for work.

my email windows mail inbox is blocked by a message from selftrade i cannot remove it and it brings out an error message stating "windows no Disc  exception processing message Parameters 0x757792AO etc etc how can i get rid of this obstinate message. Ken Cunn Glasgow

How do I stop hotmail bringing up previous email addresses in the "To line"?

When I type friend's names into the "To" line, it brings up their old email addresses that I've used in the past that are no longer valid anymore. I've tried putting the correct one in Contacts, but it still brings up a list of all their email addresses from the past, and it's difficult to remember which one is the newest.

why cant I get into my email at the login start it always comes up for a phone number but it wont accept it so what is the next step

when  try to login into my hotmail it comes up a phone is needed for security purposes but when I put my phone number in it tells me that is not the right number its driving me crazy. Can you simplify or why isnt accepting

My Windows Live Mail reports 13,585 in All Email, in all of my folders I can find maybe 5,500.  There are only two in my Junk folder.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.  Thanks!!

Can’t move messenger contacts from website to messenger

I recently switched from another email address to this one, and I exported all my contacts on the old one to my pc. I then imported them to this new account. They seem to have been imported fine on the Windows Live website, but when I login to messenger I can't find any of the contacts.

some folders have gone missing from my email box, they are ont in the deleted file

I use windows 7, I had some folders under Inbox and they seem to have disappeared, is there any way I can recover them?

I delete all my old emails all the time so they won;'t be in there,
