Can anyone help me to setup a One.com email account in outlook 2011 for mac?

this morning I received an email from "The Windows Live Team", it asked me to fill some information and reply back or else my mail will be deleted... so is this mail a spam or should I really fill it :S???
I have two emails stuck in my Live Mail outbox. I am using W7. What can I do?
My email is blocked because someone hacked into my account to spam everyone. But when I go through the steps to get access again the email the code is being sent to is invalid and I've never used any other email other than the hotmail one that is blocked.
How can I get access to my account again when I can't get the code?
My hotmail was hacked, so it was automatically blocked. Hotmail has automatically sent a security code to an old email address I used to have that has now expired. I tried to get the code sent to my mobile phone but my phone number has changed since I
registered with hotmail, and it says the number needs to be matching. How can I get my account back?!

anytime I try to send an EMail a "Silverlight" box appears and then my computer freezes
my email is set to exclusive. I have more junk, more scams, more **** then I've ever had before with my email account. I'm not happy about it. I have flagged, swept, and maintained my account and still nothing is working. I wouldnt want to get rid of this
account but am thinking about it. Any ideas or suggestions that I haven't tried?

I used to recieve new unread emails under the "unread" quick view email box
now all new emails come into " in box ". I don't know why. I can seem
to figure out how to have new unread emails revert back to coming into
the unead box.
