Enabling Admin Right to a user on Outlook a customize domain

Could you please enable option to assign Admin right of managing emails on a customize domain (configuring on Outlook.com) to a particular user? My domain is www.dolmalinginstitute.org

to use an external disk where move the

I went into the control panel to customize font & size. Now email content is distorted. How do I get back to the default times roman/10?

My badd!:((  I thought Microsoft & FF 4.0 were to blame. When I went into control panel to customize font Tahoma 16, my email content was distorted; went changed from Tahoma to Times Roman; the color lilac changed to black:( became lilac became black:(

How can I return to default Times Roman 10; hence, manually change as I desire before typing my mail.

Is there way to customize Outlook for Macintosh 2011 so that it displays in a smart folder at start up?

I know this option is available in the WIndows version.
