hello. shortly after i upgraded to i0s6 for my iphone (possible coincidence) i've been having trouble with outlook syncing my emails. it seems now that any messages the are downloaded to my phone do not get downloaded by outlook. however, if outlook gets
to the messages first, they will download to both the computer and the phone. i need messages to download to both devices. is there a setting somewhere that can cure this?
i'm on a macbook pro and just installed office 2011 thinking that the problem was with entourage 2008. (osx 10.6.8). thanks for any help you can offer.
I have repeated emails coming in advising I have asked for the hotmail acc to be closed when I have not. I am asked to give a cancellation and supply my password - are these emails bonafide or attempts to gain access to my email acc. This started shortly
after I opened a gmail email acc as a back up. I do not use the gmail email acc and said I did not want my hotmail info transferred to the gmail acc when I opened it. Is this a coincidence or something else
I cannot make calendar entries/schedule meetings in Outlook. Double clicking a time slot results in no action and right clicking shows the possibilities greyed out. I have rebuilt the database but that didn't help. Perhaps a coincidence but I recently

Years ago under Options there was an option for filtering out unwanted e-mails by highlighting suspicious words. I used this but it appears to be preventing me from receiving "changed passwords". May I had put down "Password" as a suspicious word! In
the last month the Automobile Association, Virgin and Truprint send me e-mails with a changed password seeing that I had forgotten the original Not one has turned up - too much of a coincidence!
