Does Hotmail send reminders to your cell phone? I used to get them when I'd set appts on my calendar. Is this feature still offered?

My hotmail account has been blocked for "Unusual Activity". This started when I opened an e-mail from a friend and the subject was "private message". My friend told me that he did not send this.. I have received several more... but did not open.
I don't have a cell phone to receive a text. How can I get my account "unblocked".

I cannot access my hotmail from my cell phone. This has been going on for a week. What can I do?
I have been able to use msn to text my friends cellphone , Today however he hasn't received the ones I've sent and I'm not receiving his. Any Idea's of what I can do to make it work again? I've tried signing in and reboot .
i got a yahoo acct as back-up and can't get or use my hot mail acct on lap-top but cell ok.,i need my files ect ...
When i send an e-mail there is already this advertising-spam-message in the text-field:

I was receiving emails on my cell phone until May 7th, then they just stopped. I can still send an email but can't receive any.
