Why are my emails not sending out but staying in my outbox? it also tells me my account is unavailable. I have to manually log into my email instead of my email box. My other email accounts are all okay but this account.
Today, 02/11/12, I tried to open up my e-mail account, three times, only to be told each time, that my e-mail address no longer existed and that I had to open up a new account. I had no choice but to open up a new account.
I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING, ALL OF MY PREVIOUS E-MAILS, ALL OF MY CONTACTS / PHONE BOOK, EVERYTHING.
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY E-MAIL ADDRESS, OVERNIGHT? WHY DID I HAVE TO OPEN UP A NEW ACCOUNT? AND MOST INPORTANTLY, CAN I RECOVER MY PREVIOUS E-MAILS / CONTACTS / PHONE BOOK? AND IF SO, HOW?
I HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT FOR EIGHT YEARS AND I AM COMPLETELY DEVASTATED, SHOCKED, ANGRY ETC. EVERYONE HAD MY E-MAIL ADDRESS, FAMILY, FRIENDS, WORK, ETC.
